These terms govern your use of nosneakernolife.com (the “Site”), operated by Manybox LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

Product prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card details are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email; we may cancel and refund any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error).

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays by carriers are outside our control.

Returns & refunds

Our pieces are made to order. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Products & accuracy

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor differences in color or packaging may occur.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
